Kenna joined Retire Solid in December 2025, bringing a strong background in operational management and organizational support. She works behind the scenes to ensure the firm operates efficiently, smoothly, and in alignment with its standards of excellence. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for building streamlined processes, Kenna plays a key role in supporting both advisors and clients across the organization.

Kenna earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Tennessee Technological University and later completed her Master of Business Administration at Tennessee Tech, graduating in 2025. Although newer to the team, she has quickly become a vital part of Retire Solid, helping ensure clients receive exceptional care and a seamless experience.

Outside of the office, Kenna is an avid runner, she enjoys staying active, learning about health and nutrition, and spending time with her husband, Clay. Kenna also enjoys spending her free time watching sports, especially cheering on the Michigan Wolverines. She loves attending home games at The Big House with her brothers. Go Blue!

Beyond his role at Retire Solid, Caleb serves as the Associate Pastor and Minister of Music at East Sparta Church of God. Through his ministerial work, he has witnessed firsthand the hardships families face when they lack a proper estate plan. This experience has fueled his commitment to helping individuals and families secure their financial future and avoid unnecessary burdens. Laurie O’Shea joined Retire Solid in November 2024, bringing with her a strong background in organization and client service. Before joining the team, she worked as a self-employed virtual assistant, managing a variety of administrative tasks for different businesses. Looking for a part-time opportunity that would allow her to expand her skills and take on new challenges, she embraced the role of Corporate Office Assistant at Retire Solid.

In her position, Laurie plays a vital role in keeping the office running smoothly. Whether she’s managing schedules, coordinating client communications, or ensuring that consultations and workshops run seamlessly, she brings a warm and professional touch to every interaction. Outside the office, Laurie is a creative spirit who spends much of her time in her home studio, writing and recording music. She also enjoys staying active, whether she’s taking long walks with her husband or spending time with their beloved four-legged companion, Annie. Hi, I’m Elizabeth Stafford, a licensed insurance agent at Retire Solid. I’ve been with the company for almost three years now, and I truly enjoy helping people plan for their future retirement. Before joining Retire Solid, I worked in various office settings and also spent some time teaching 4th grade.

My husband, Matt Stafford, is also an agent with our organization, and together we have five wonderful kids who keep us busy! When I’m not working, I love watching sports, working out, and spending time with our family.

Mac has a 23 year insurance career as well as 35 years ministerial experience. As an insurance professional he has owned his own multi-line agency, specializing in life insurance and now uses his experience to help people plan for and fund their retirement. Mac uses the latest software and good interview skills to develop and implement tax efficient and individual retirement plans. In the last year, he has gained considerable experience in trust essentials and enjoys helping families safeguard and develop legacies.
